Additional Services

Typesetting. There will be a $15 set-up charge for ads not provided camera-rady.

Spot Color. $45 per issue

Processed Color. Advertiser must provide color separations.

$525 per issue for quarter page

$770 per issue for half page

$1100 per issue for full page

Special Page Request. $40 per issue

Inserts. Inserts are pre-printed letter-size sheets inserted into the center of each newspaper. Sheets must be no more than 20lb. Postage imprints on the sheet are not allowed. Advertiser must provide a copy of the insert to the editor for approval, prior to placement. Advertiser myst provide enough copies for entire press run (quanities vary, call to confirm amount). $700 per issue.

Classifieds. $4 for single insertion up to 30 words. Additional $1 for each group of 10 words after the first 30. All classified ads must be paid for in advance.

Mechancial Requirements. Printed offset, 4 colums per page. Column wide 2.4 inches, column depth 16 inches.

Copy Requirements. Copy must be received by the 8th of the month preceding publication.

Cancellations. Written cancellations must be received prior to layout.

Rights. The publisher/editor reserve the right to refuse materials.
